Help for GRACE

There are several avenues available for obtaining help with GRACE.

• The most interactive help can be obtained by visiting the Division of Information Technology's helpdesk, Room 1400 of the Computer and Space Sciences Bldg, open during most business hours.
• You can also reach the helpdesk by phone, 301-405-1500 during business hours.
• You can view the GRACE FAQ or search the on-line knowledge base to try to find answers yourself.
• If the above does not work, you can submit a help ticket on-line or via email.
