Previously Published Texts

One of the difficulties of editing anthologies is the need to delete some texts from each edition to make room for new material. Inclusions are always judgment calls for the editor. This webpage links to texts from the second edition not included in the third edition. Selections are organized by sections of second edition. Permission for reproduction for distribution to class is granted.
