- 1 PM: Discussion of Burke's criticisms

- We will discuss things that stand out in these two criticisms
that give us hints as to how Burke the critic operates. Please
come with some discussion topics.
- 1:25: Disscussion of "Southern Progressivism and William Louis

- Presentation of main arguments, Jean Miller We will ask
each presenter to take about five minutes to present the main arguments
of their project. Please observe this time limit since it will
maximize the 20 remaining minutes for discussion and advice on the
project.
- Discussion of Miller project. On the projects, we ask
that those assigned to concentrate on these criticisms be
prepared for discussion although we invite all to participate.
Your leaders will lead and add to the responses to the work in project.
